During the last few days both you, as our customer, and we as a shipping line have been heavily affected by the problems at GotRoRo.
The main cause of these problems is an overloaded terminal and the management there have not been able to find any other solution other than to close the port from time to time for export volumes.
As a consequence of the congestion we have in turn had very slow handling / operations on our vessels and in particular the discharge of our Baltica that arrived Monday morning.
We are in constant contact with the management of GotRoRo for updates on the situation and their actions to avoid these problems reoccurring.
We can, at this point, only ask for your understanding and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to find a way to minimize the delays to your cargo.
