Sky Transport Sweden AB began its operation in 1994 and is today a full-service company in international transport and logistics, and one of the largest independent Swedish-owned air forwarding agents on the Swedish market.

Whether our customers’ needs involve complex, global flows or individual shipments, short lead times, swift order management and cost-effective transport are crucial to our experienced forwarding agents. With a clear understanding of the total logistics for the transport, warehousing and IT side, our goal is to offer our customers a close co-operation at a high professional level.

Our experience as a partner to many of Sweden’s export and import companies forms the basis of Sky Transport Sweden AB.

1994 Sky Transport Sweden AB is founded in Gothenburg
1995 Company receives its IATA licence
1995 Stockholm office opens
1996 We establish our shipping department
2000 The terminal operation begins with the launch of Marine Logistics
2001 Sky Transport is assigned security approvals by the Swedish Transport Agency
2003 Road transport to and from Europe is introduced as one of the company’s own products
2003 The company becomes an authorised member of the Swedish Customs service system
2007 Sky Transport obtains quality assurance certification ISO 9001:2001
2008 The Svenska Orient Linien Group acquires Sky Transport AB
2011 The company obtains AEO certification from Swedish Customs
